Hemp derived CBD Oil is legal in most states of the United States if it contains less than 0.3% THC. We can not ship the following states to include South Dakota, Idaho, and Nebraska. Sound confusing? The United States Farm Bill legalizes Hemp and Hemp-Based Products. Which contain less than 0.3% THC. No, Oracle Wellness Co. and vetted collaborating vendors provide CBD products that are derived from hemp, not cannabis. They are all lab tested to ensure quality and that they are with-in 0.3% of THC.
